Track your returns closely with the RMA tool

We're taking another step forward in our customer support with the new RMA tool.

Almost always due to unforeseen external circumstances, our equipment can sometimes suddenly stop functioning properly. For example, when a protective sleeve is accidentally mowed down or vandals damage a sound level meter.

In that case, you can easily initiate a return with our automated self-service returns portal. Besides the logistics process, you'll automatically receive information about the repair or replacement of your equipment and its status. Thanks to our new RMA tool (Return Merchandise Authorizations).

In practice:
Each return is assigned a unique code in the RMA tool in your portal, after which you send the equipment to us.

You will be automatically informed throughout the entire RMA process. This way, you'll know exactly the current status and when you can expect your RMA-certified equipment.

The efficient RMA tool provides you with additional support, in addition to the available helpdesk and all the tutorials in the portal.
